Went to the gym about 9:30 this morning and I stayed on the Arc for 5 extra minutes - which was hard because I was beat. I really pushed this morning. The first 8 minutes on was really difficult and I wasn't sure i could go for very long. My legs felt so stiff and heavy. But I continued and at about 10 minutes they were loose and I was able to really push myself and finish big.
35 MR 886 calories! - After 30 minutes I was at 780 calories so I stayed on for 5 more minutes and burned 106 more calories. This is the best I've ever done. Of course I won't be able to even come close tomorrow, but I'll take it anyway!
